Embark from St. Martin and discover the wonders of St. Barts and the surrounding islands, offering breathtaking scenery, crystal clear waters and vibrant marine life. You can explore Gustavia, Anse a Colombier, Tintamarre, Ilet de Pinel, Ile Fourchue and Grand-Case, while soaking up the local atmosphere and enjoying a little sophisticated shopping.

Our captain will handle the navigation and our hostess will prepare your meals, allowing you to relax and enjoy your trip in peace. You will be installed in a comfortable double cabin with a private bathroom on board the catamaran Ipanema 58.

You will also have the opportunity to discover marine wildlife as well as the bird and animal reserves throughout your trip. This cruise will allow you to discover the most beautiful jewels of the Caribbean, including St. Martin, St. Barts, Antigua and Anguilla, offering a perfect cocktail for a dream vacation!

Itinerary

DAY 1
Saturday - Anse Marcel, Saint-Martin: The meeting point is at 6:00 pm in Anse Marcel for boarding. We recommend that you bring U.S. dollars prior to boarding, and currency exchange offices are available near the marina. Upon arrival on board, you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail, followed by a briefing on your itinerary. Afterwards, you can settle in comfortably in your cabin. Dinner will be served on board and you will spend the night on the boat.
DAY 2
Sunday - Anse, Marcel, Saint-Martin Tintamarre (30 minutes): On this day, you will sail to Tintamarre, a small uninhabited island that is part of the Saint-Martin nature reserve, about 30 NM away. There, you can walk around the island and explore the remains of an old airstrip, a small railroad and a cotton plantation. Baie Blanche is the most easily accessible bay, located on the west coast opposite Saint-Martin, and has a beautiful beach. Enjoy snorkelling and swimming with turtles in turquoise waters. You can discover this place where piracy and smuggling were once widespread. You will have lunch, and dinner and spend the night on board.
DAY 3
Monday - Tintamarre - Anse de Colombier, St Barts (3h): After breakfast, we will set sail for Colombier Beach for lunch in a secluded bay that is only accessible by foot or boat. Enjoy a peaceful moment on the white sandy beach, snorkel, relax or go for a walk along the coast. For those who like adventure, you can also hike up a small hill to enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and surrounding islands. You will have dinner and spend the night on board.
DAY 4
Tuesday - Anse de Colombier, St Barth - Gustavia, St Barth (30 minutes): After breakfast, your catamaran will sail to Gustavia, the main town of St Barts, for a day of discovery of the island. You will have the opportunity to tour the island by minibus and make stops at your leisure. You can explore the picturesque streets and traditional architecture, and browse the upscale stores. St. Barts is also famous for its idyllic beaches, fine restaurants and luxury yachts, offering a unique experience of jet-set life. Dinner will be served on board and you will spend the night on the catamaran.
DAY 5
Wednesday - Gustavia, St. Barts - Fourchue Island (30 minutes): After breakfast, head to Fourchue Island for a day of exploration. This volcanic island is isolated and deserted but offers crystal clear water with exceptional visibility for turtle watching, swimming along the shoreline or walking along the rocky cliffs for a spectacular view. Dinner will be served on board and you will spend the night on the catamaran.
DAY 6
Thursday - Ile Fourchue - Ilet Pinel (3h): After lunch, you will head to the Islet de Pinel. This idyllic place is also protected and forbidden for activities such as fishing or jet-skiing. You will be able to explore underwater wildlife with your snorkelling equipment. On land, you can walk along the botanical trail and discover two wildlife observation points and wooden shelters. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 7

Your boat :

  • Accommodation in an air-conditioned double cabin with private bathroom (air conditioning is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
  • Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), drinks with meals (house wine and water) and local aperitifs.
  • You will also benefit from the service of the crew consisting of two people (captain, steward/cook), two sets of sheets and towels, including beach towels, as well as consumables for the boat : water, gasoline and fuel).
  • Boat and passenger insurance is also included in the price.
  • Water sports equipment such as snorkeling equipment (fins, mask and snorkel), paddle and sea kayaking are also available on board.

Formalities

Please note that for French nationals, a valid passport is REQUIRED and must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date. Passengers arriving with only an ID card will be denied boarding to the St Barts Dream Premium cruise.

We invite foreign nationals to check with their embassy to find out the different regulations in force (visa required or not) according to their nationality.

Language

The official languages are French, Dutch and English

Currency

The euro is only accepted in the French part. For the Dutch part, the currency is the Netherlands Antilles Florin or guilder. However, the US dollar is accepted on the whole island.

Climate

The tropical climate of the Antilles offers a mild life all year round. Temperatures generally vary between 24°C and 28°C. The rainy season is during the summer months, but the sun still makes long and beautiful appearances. Swimming and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy waters with an average temperature of about 26°C.

Time difference

In the winter, the time difference is -5h from GMT, while in summer it is -6h. The sun rises between 5 am and 6 am and sets between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm all year round.

Health

No vaccinations are required, but it is recommended to have up-to-date “universal” vaccinations such as diphtheria, tetanus, polio, hepatitis B and, if applicable, hepatitis A.

Electricity

The electrical voltage is 220 V / 50 Hz.

Activities

There is no shortage of activities on the island, between a warm sea ideal for swimming, diving and water sports, and a variety of landscapes suitable for hiking, mountain biking and canyoning. There is something for everyone!
